My Philosophy

Being a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for over ten years now I have found the most common fitness goals are to Move, Feel and Look Better. The problem is that the majority of people who consistently exercise still Move poorly, Feel tired and Look the same. I have studied exercise science, nutrition and health in depth for many years earning many degrees and certifications. In doing so I have read and performed countless studies on what exercise programs work and don't work. The source of the problem I have found in the gym is that the majority of people are doing a fitness and nutrition regimen that has been proven not to work. The success I've had is due to using all of my experience and education I received in exercise science, nutrition and health to design customized programs that focus specifically on helping people Move, Feel, and Look Better.
